Winter leagues are now forming, so don't be left out. There are sign up sheets at the desk for bowlers of all ages and skill.
With the Olympics finishing, I am again asking myself why are there no bowling events in the world games? After talking to a few people in the know, I'm going out on a limb and concluding it is due to the lack of marketing. I have found out through experience that marketing is a huge part of selling anything to the public, be it a tangable or intangable product, so I'm drawing my conclusion, AMF, Brunswick and Quebeca, do not market bowling like they have done in the past.
Bowling is still the No. 1 participation sport in the world, so all I or we can hope for is some good business moves by these companies to start marketing the sport in the right direction again so we will all know who is on the pro tour and be looking forward to seeing them on Saturday afternoon on television.

Have a great week and practice.
